The Eden Apis
Terms of Service
By signing in to Eden Scheduler, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the dashboard.
Last updated: June 22, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Eden Scheduler, the web portal and related Discord bot operated for The Eden Apis community. By clicking "Sign in with Discord" or otherwise accessing the dashboard, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.
2. Eligibility and access
- You must be a member of The Eden Apis Discord server.
- You must hold an authorized role (Host, Host in Training, Senior Host, Manager, or Admin). Access is granted based on Discord roles and may change automatically when roles are added or removed.
- You must use your own Discord account. Sharing credentials or impersonating another user is not permitted.
- The portal is for community event scheduling — not for unrelated personal or commercial use.
3. Your responsibilities
When using the dashboard, you agree to:
- Provide accurate availability and scheduling information to the best of your knowledge.
- Use manager tools (if applicable) responsibly and in line with community policies.
- Not attempt to bypass role checks, probe the API, or interfere with other users' data.
- Not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content through the banner studio or other upload features.
- Follow The Eden Apis community rules and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. What the service provides
Eden Scheduler helps staff plan weekly events: hosts set availability, managers assign events, and published schedules may be posted to Discord and synced to connected community systems. Features vary by role. We may update, limit, or discontinue features at any time to maintain or improve the system.
5. Published schedules and Discord
When a manager publishes a schedule, your display name, assigned events, and related schedule content may appear in Discord channels, scheduled events, or other community integrations. By participating in scheduling, you understand that this information is shared with the community as part of normal event operations.
6. Content you submit
You retain ownership of creative work you upload (such as banner images), but you grant the community operators a license to store, display, and use that content as needed to operate the scheduling system — for example, showing your banner on a published event post. Managers and admins may review uploaded content for moderation and audit purposes.
7. Account suspension
Access may be revoked if you lose required Discord roles, violate these Terms, or misuse the portal. Administrators may restrict access without prior notice where necessary to protect the community or the integrity of schedules.
8. Disclaimers
Eden Scheduler is provided "as is" for internal community use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that published schedules will always sync instantly to every external system. You use the portal at your own risk to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the community operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the portal, including missed events, incorrect schedule data entered by users, or third-party service outages (Discord, hosting providers, etc.).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Contact
